Correction of painful ingrown toenails using local anesthetic. That is something you can't get in a nail salon. you will take home care instructions will be given and a prescription for antibiotics if necessary

Being a licensed physician, I can perform soft tissue surgery under local anesthesia. Sometimes the shape of a natural toenail causes pain. If there has been a history of infected, ingrown toenails and you are seeking permanent relief, I can fix it! By applying a chemical to the growth plate to prevent the nail border from growing back. Detailed instructions for care of the toe will be given. Prescription antibiotics will be given as needed.

Heel pain is very uncomfortable. I can give the foot an injection of a local anesthesia and cortical steroids to reduce the inflammation and pain. Heel pain handout provided. Padding and Arch support upon request.
